02/03/2020: Rapid action by The Environment Agency on trees adjacent to St. John’s Brook. This work which starts 03/02/2020 (and is expected to last for 2 days) is required to allow the EA to safely clear the ‘trash screen’ and hopefully prevent flooding risk to nearby properties. The work will reduce 2 trees to ground level. Further details are in the photo displayed below. Apologies for it looking folded as it is a photo of the letter sent by the EA to local residents.
